In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act providing for the installation of certain toll booths.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

The executive office of transportation and construction shall establish a toll booth for the collection of revenue on each of the major access roads, routes 93, 95, 495 and 3, past the New Hampshire/Massachusetts border traveling from New Hampshire to Massachusetts, within the commonwealth. Said toll booths shall be placed before the first Massachusetts exit ramp past the New Hampshire/Massachusetts border, of each highway.
Said toll booths shall be under the jurisdiction of said executive office which shall be responsible for the administration and the sitting of tolls. Revenues realized shall be used by said executive office for the transportation needs of the commonwealth.
