Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION
1. Section 7B of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004
Official Edition, is hereby further amended by adding the following clause
following clause (18):—
(19) No school bus shall be operated when occupied with people unless in
addition to the driver there is a parent or other suitable person eighteen
years of age or older on board to monitor said pupils.
