In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the MBTA's Copley Station.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Chapter 161A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after Section 48 the following new section:-

 

Section 49. Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall rename the “Copley Station”, so-called, the “Copley/Boston Public Library Station” or the “Copley/BPL Station.”
