An Act relative to hunting licenses. .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The first sentence of the third paragraph of section 11 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding its following clause:—

(3) a resident of the commonwealth on active duty in the armed forces of the United States who is stationed outside the commonwealth.
