Resolutions memorializing Congress to change the formula for certain Social Security benefits.

Be it Resolved:

That the Congress of the United States is hereby requested to amend the formula used to calculate the benefits for the Notch years:— those born between 1917 and 1921 — to eliminate inequities created by changes made in the Social Security Law in 1977.
