Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $50,000 to the POW/MIA Eternal Flame Foundation, Inc. for the POW/MIA Eternal Flame to be erected on the Congress Street side of Boston City Hall, facing the freedom trail. Said sum is appropriated as a direct payment to match the $50,000 contribution made by The Ingersoll Browne Fund, a public charitable trust administered by the City of Boston, to the POW/MIA Eternal Flame Foundation, Inc.
