An Act relative to National Guard war bonuses .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 16 of Chapter 130 of the Acts of 2005 is hereby amended by striking out in line 5 the words “or Operation Noble Eagle” and inserting in place the following:-

Operation Noble Eagle or those soldiers activated under Title 32 for contingency operation for more than 30 days.
