An Act relative to charitable records.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 68 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 26 the following section:-  All documents and records referred to in sections 26 and 27 shall be made available by the director to the public by a toll-free number and by a web site.
