An Act authorizing the town of Norwood to convey certain park land

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.           The town of Norwood, acting by and through its board of selectmen, may convey a certain parcel of park land to the Karsten Company to be used for residential housing purposes on such terms and conditions as the board of selectmen deem to be in the best interests of the town. Said parcel is shown on assessors’ map 9, sheet 7-A, Lot 33.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
