An Act Relative to Certain Playground Land in the Town of Provincetown. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 270 of the acts of 1953, the town of Provincetown may transfer the care, custody and control of a certain parcel of land used for playground purposes from the board of selectmen to the school committee. Said parcel is 3,841+ square foot position of the Manuel V. Motta Athletic Field shown as parcel 3 on a plan of land entitled “Plan of Land in Provincetown Cape End Manor” prepared by William N. Rogers, dated September 2005 which is on file in the office of the town clerk.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
