In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the Sexual Exploitation of Children.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Chapter 265 of the General Laws, is hereby by inserting after section26C the following section:-

Section 26D.  Any person who knowingly utilizes a computer on-line service, internet service or local bulletin board service to seduce, solicit, lure or entice or attempt to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child or another person believed by the person to be a child with the intent that he or another person will violate section 13B, 13F, 13H, 22, 22A, 24 or 24B of chapter 265 or section 4A, 16, 28, 29, 29A, 29B, 29C, 35A, 53 or 53A of chapter 272 shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 5 years, or in a house of correction for not more than 21/2 year or by both imprisonment and a fine of not more than $5,000.
