An Act mandating copies of credit scores to consumers.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 93 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, after Section 60A, the following section:-

                Section 60B.  Every consumer reporting agency which prepares consumer credit scores, shall provide to each consumer, at the consumers request, a copy of the prepared score for that consumer, annually, at no charge to the consumer.
