Resolve reviving and continuing the special commission on middle education in the commonwealth.

    Resolved,

SECTION 1.

Resolved, that the special commission established under section 363 of Chapter 149 of the Acts of 2004 relative to providing for an investigation and study of middle level education in the commonwealth, is hereby revived and continued. Said Commission shall submit its final report and recommendations, together with any drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendation into effect, by filing the same with the clerks of the Senate and House of Representatives, and the joint committee on education, not later than June 30, 2008.
