An Act relative to a reduction of auto insurance rates for the disabled.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 113 of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “section”, in line 117, the following words:— or for disabled persons who meet the poverty rate as defined by the United States Bureau of the Census.
