An Act further regulating private detective business.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 147 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 27 the following section:-

Section 27A. A private detective or private investigator shall be allowed to interview prisoners.
