Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12 of chapter 64D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 30, the word “more” and inserting in place thereof the following word: -- less
SECTION 2. Said section 12 of said chapter 64DF, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 37, the words “one hundred and two and one-half” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: -- 105.
