In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act to further enhance government participation for residents of Western Massachusetts. .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 3 of the general laws as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting , after section 50, the following section:-

Section 51.  The House of Representatives shall convene no less than 1 (one) informal session per legislative session at the Massachusetts building on the grounds of the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield to further enhance participation in state government for residents of Western Massachusetts.
