An Act further regulating cable television systems.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 15 of chapter 166A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- The division shall prohibit advance billing by any cable television system.
