An Act relative to the soundproofing program facilitated by the Massachusetts Port Authority.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Port Authority is hereby authorized and directed to expand their soundproofing program and approve the soundproofing of all residential buildings in the city of Quincy and the towns of Weymouth, Hingham, Hull and Scituate.
