An Act directing the department of education to undertake a certain study

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The department of education shall make an investigation and study relative to the feasibility of the state mandated 990 hours of class time for high school students.  The department shall file the results of its investigation and study with the clerk of the house of representatives on or before July 1, 2007.
