An Act providing reimbursement to cities and towns for transportation costs

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

AN ACT PROVIDING REIMBURSEMENT TO CITIES AND TOWNS FOR TRANSPORTATION COSTS

Section 1. Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 8 and 9, and 21 and 22, the following words,  “Said reimbursement shall not include costs incurred by municipalities for transportation.”

Section 2. Said section 5A of said chapter 71B, as so appearing, is further amended by striking out, in lines 39 and 40, the following words “transportation costs”.
