An Act reimburins cities and towns for special education transportation costs

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.Chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

Cities and towns will be reimbursed up to 50% of the cost of special education out of district transportation costs.
