An Act providing protection for the rivers in the commonwealth.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 6 of chapter 258 of the acts of 1996 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “ninety-six”, in line 15, the words:-,or (iv) a plan that has been drawn and stamped on or before August first, 1996.
