 An Act relatve to developers of low and moderate income housing

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Section 21 of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence.:-

 

No person who has been found to have earned a profit in excess of the legal limitations, in a law suit shall not be able to file an application for a period of 5 years from the date of such finding.
