 An Act relative to 40B housing so called

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Chapter 40B of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 23 the following section:-

 

Section 23A.  All affordable units in housing constructed under sections 21 to 23, inclusive, shall remain affordable for 99 years from day of initial occupancy.
