An Act providing for an annual audit of chapter 40B so called housing by the inspector general

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 12A of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

Section 16.  The inspector general shall perform an annual audit of all housing developments constructed under section 21 to 24, inclusive.
