An Act relative to the construction of low and moderate income housing

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 21 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

No low or moderate income housing shall be constructed within 100 feet of wetlands or vernal pools.
