An Act relative to the auditing of so called 40B housing

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 40B of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section23 the following section:-

Section 23A.  In any city or town where low and moderate income housing has been construction under sections 20 to 23 if such housing is not is not audited by an agency of the commonwealth, the city or town may conduct an audit.
