 An Act relative to the attachment of wages

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Section 28 of chapter 246 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the figure $125 in line 2 and inserting in place thereof the following:- 200 per cent of the federal poverty limit
