An Act relative to anti SLAP suits

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 59H of chapter 231 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following paragraph:-

If the case is a result of the party’s actions involving opposing a building development before a municipal agency the motion to dismiss may be filed in the appropriate district court.
