In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to Worcester County Superior Court.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, there shall be a superior court sitting in Fitchburg, the northern district of Worcester county with a clerk of the courts, elected for a term of 6 years in accordance with section 3 of chapter 221 of the General Laws.
