An Act relative to allied health instructors at vocational schools |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 74 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 5B the following section:-
Section 5C. Registered nurses who serve as allied health instructors at a vocational school and possess bachelor or master degrees in nursing shall not be required to take an additional exams or courses to qualify as such instructors.
