An Act reimbursing certain persons the cost of vaccinations. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts department of public health shall pay for or provide all vaccines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the federal government’s American College of Immunization Practices for any resident of the commonwealth who works out of state and has out of state basic health insurance that does not cover the cost of such immunization.
