An Act relative to persons retired for an institution of higher education

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Subsection (b) of section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

The limitation on hours and earnings contained in this subsection shall not apply to retired employees of a public institution of higher education who recruited to return to service by a public institution.
