In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
A person who qualifies for an abatement under sub clause (c) of clause twenty second as a result of being awarded a purple heart and who also so qualifies undo clause thirty seventh, being blind shall be entitled to the total of both abatements
