An Act relative to hybrid motor vehicles

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 1 of chapter 60A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The excuse imposed by the section shall be reduced to 50 per cent on hybrid motor vehicles.
