In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to community preservation funds.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

                The second paragraph of section 7 of chapter 44B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-

                Revenues in the fund not used for community to the general fund of the municipality.
