 An Act allowing a tax deduction for private mortgage insurance

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

 

SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of part A of section 3 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

 

 

14. An amount up to $25,000 of the costs of guaranteeing a home mortgage loan with private mortgage insurance.
