 An Act relative to public records

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

The first paragraph of section 10 of chapter 66 of the General laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

 

Any person who has custody of a public record who violates this section shall be punished by a fine of $100 for each violation.
