In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to promoting foreign travel to the commonwealth.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 13B of chapter 23A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

                The office shall establish a foreign travel and tourism program with personnel to administer the program and to fund marketing tools to promote travel and tourism to the commonwealth from other countries.
