An Act making amendments to the Uniform Commercial Code covering general provisions, documents of title and secured transactions including technical amendments.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 28 of chapter 10 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out “9-405” and by substituting in place thereof “9-406.”

SECTION 2.  Chapter 106 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out article 1, as so appearing, and by substituting in place there of the following article
