 An Act Authorizing the Town of Chatham to Grant 2 Additional Licenses for all Alcoholic Beverages to be Drunk of the Premises.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the Town of Chatham is hereby authorized to be exempt from the quotas established under section 17 of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws as it relates to the number of licenses its licensing authority may issue pursuant to section 12 of Chapter 138 by two licenses, bringing the number of said licenses from fourteen to sixteen.
