 An Act relative to affordable housing in the town of Sharon.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.

 

Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, in the town of Sharon the equity, eligibility limit for tenancy in housing restricted to persons 55 years of age or older shall be $400,000.
