An Act authorizing the town of Lakeville to pay benefits to the survivors of call firefighters and reserve police officers .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The Article 17 vote of the June 17, 2002 Lakeville town meeting is hereby rescinded.
