In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act to authorize the town of Natick to borrow a certain sum of money.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Natick is hereby authorized to borrow a sum of money for the purpose of constructing an additional fire engine bay and associated renovations to fire station number 4 or for the purpose of replacing fire station number 4, and to impose betterments in connection therewith.
