In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to certain real property in the city of Northampton.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

                Notwithstanding section 6 of chapter 40A or any other general or special law or ordinance to the contrary, the property located at 540 Ryan Road in the city of Northampton shown on city map 29 as lots 106 and 107 shall be deemed to be 2 separate lots and so such shall be subject to any and all applicable grandfather protections.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
