In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act authorizing Special Olympics to convery a certain parcel of land in the city of Danvers.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Special Olympics is hereby authorized to sell the property at 450 Maple St. Danvers, MA to the highest bidder for the purposes of obtaining another piece of  property, the operation of which shall fulfill the original intent of the Commonwealth that said property be used to serve individuals with mental retardation.
