In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to a certain agricultural preservation restriction.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 23 of chapter 20 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the department of agricultural resources shall grant to Daniel and Martha Tawczynski owners of land subject to an agricultural preservation restriction a special permit allowing said owners to maintain a public water supply well or wells with such structures as are necessary thereof.

SECTION 2.  Except as allowed by the permit described in section 1, the referenced agricultural preservation restriction shall remain in full force and effect.
