An Act relative to the Groton Country Club Authority

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of chapter 533 of the acts of 1991, as amended by section 1 of chapter 115 of the acts of 1995, is hereby amended by striking out in line 2 the words:- and Recreation.

SECTION 2.  Chapter 115 of the acts of 1995 is hereby amended by striking out section 11.

SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
