An Act relative to earned income for former public employees receiving disability pensions.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 91A of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 20, the word “five” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “twenty-five”.
